• Competitive Compensation – Targeted first‑year annual compensation of $50,000‑$54,277 with an average 45‑hour work week.

In our Management Training program you will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

As part of the hands‑on learning environment you will receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful, and you will build relationships in the community essential to building your own business. You will be trained in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, and you will learn what it means to always put our customers first.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years and no drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the past five years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
