ASC Manager

We are seeking an ASC Manager to manage and coordinate all warehousing and transportation activities within the Lima, OH location. This role will direct all operations activities at the site and ensure the safe and efficient handling of agricultural chemicals and products.

• Budgeting, capital, and expense management
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 3+ years supervising personnel
• 3+ years in operations and/or warehouse management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and related hardware/software
• Current driver’s license

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience building sales and inventory forecasts, collaborating with internal supply chain partners, and managing substantial budgets
• Experience with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures

Shift: 7AM – 5PM, Monday‑Friday; occasional Saturdays as needed.

Salary Range: $93,360 – $140,040.
