As Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for operational performance excellence of your shift.  You ensure policies & procedures are upheld in our safety-first & quality-oriented culture.
** Shift
* ** Nights - 500 pm - 5:10 am
* Schedule is 3-2-2-3 (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
** You Will
*** Ensure all lift trucks, dock equipment and other related equipment is maintained in safe and efficient manner.
* Assure accuracy of team’s SAP transactions and material movements.
* Facilitate scheduled work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met, including required materials to fulfill work orders.
* Provide on-the-job training to new associates on the line & with auxiliary equipment.
* Relieve material handlers for breaks and fill-in, as needed.
* Collaborate within and across the operation to drive continuous improvement
** You Have:
*** Ability to work the following shift:
Nights 5:00pm - 5:10am on a 3-2-2-3 schedule
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.  Associate’s Degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing warehouse experience
* Sit-down forklift operating experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner
* Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader & role model
* Ability to utilize Excel to create reports and charts
* Experience utilizing an ERP system, with a strong preference for SAPAs a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following:
