We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of environmental health and safety within our manufacturing operations in our Lima and Ada Ohio locations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations while fostering a strong culture of safety and accountability across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, and effective at engaging employees at all levels.

This position will flex between our Lima, Ohio and Ada, Ohio locations and will report directly to the Corporate EH&S Director
.

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Deliver safety training programs for employees, including emergency response, hazard communication, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Partner with department leaders to address safety concerns and promote continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training activities, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor industry best practices and regulatory updates to ensure ongoing compliance and program effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a safety management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, influence, and motivate employees.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred.

The pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 80,000 USD per year (3765 St Johns Rd - LIMA)
