Welder; Production

Lima, OH, US.

Salary range: $25.00 To $27.00 Hourly.

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (paid in installments at 30, 90, and 180 days).

Shift: 3rd shift;
Monday - Thursday 8PM - 6:30AM (Must be able to train on 1st shift).

• Perform flat fillet welds
• Fit and weld simple assemblies
• Accurately measure within specified tolerances
• Read blueprints
• Operate automatic welding equipment (robotic welding) as required
• Observe all standard safety practices and maintain required records
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Participate in safety committees or initiatives as needed

• Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, and noisy
• The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may work in various areas of the plant
• Safety procedures and guidelines must be adhered to at all times, including protective wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel‑toed shoes
• Attendance and punctuality are important; dependable attendance is expected

• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Experience working on routine manufacturing assignments with clear goals and standard procedures
• Understanding of Oxy‑Fuel burning
• Basic understanding of Carbon arching
• Ability to learn job skills, company policies, and processes to perform routine tasks
• Ability to follow verbal or simple written instructions and procedures
• Requires detailed instructions and close supervision
• Ability to fit and tack weld subassemblies or jackets
• Accurate measurement within specified tolerances
