Production Supervisor

Job Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Location: Lima, OH

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per annum + 5% bonus opportunity

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to support operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee production activities across Galvanizing, Fabrication, and Welding while ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery standards are consistently met.

• Supervising Galvanizing, Fabrication, and Welding departments
• Leading teams to meet quality and production goals
• Addressing production challenges and escalating issues as needed
• Monitoring productivity and completing performance evaluations
• Coaching, mentoring, and applying disciplinary action when required
• Completing inspections and required paperwork
• Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Acting as a key communication link between employees and management

Full‑time | 3rd Shift (8:00 pm – 6:30 am)

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality procedures
• Ability to solve complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment (hot/cold/noisy/dirty conditions)
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
