Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday with some mandated Saturdays

What Gets You Hired
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with stamping presses, blanking presses, press controls, or feeding equipment preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Experience loading and threading coils preferred
- Understanding of product quality requirements and manufacturing processes

- Support daily production activities within the blanking department
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Meet production goals established by team leads and management
- Operate and monitor production processes involving raw materials, scrap, and finished parts
- Complete labor and production documentation accurately
- Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
- Report production issues and support corrective action processes
- Follow process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures
- Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with validation, sorting, and cross-training in other production areas as needed
