We're hiring for our General Utility positions starting at $20.65/hour, with shift differentials and regular overtime opportunities. As the world's largest manufacturer of pork rinds, we're proud to be a family-owned company that values our employees and their contributions.

- 1st Shift: 12AM–8AM ($0.50 shift differential)
- 2nd Shift: 8AM–4PM
- 3rd Shift: 4PM–12AM ($0.50 shift differential)
We offer overtime after 8 hours, time-and-a-half on the 6th consecutive day, and double-time on the 7th. Weekend work is common during peak seasons, and we're building a part-time team to help rotate weekends off.
What We're Looking For:- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment
- Commitment to food safety and SQF standards
