• Lead projects that identify and eliminate production losses through root‑cause analysis and innovative solutions.
• Apply the Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology to support loss‑elimination initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence and digital integration, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E) and Quality standards.
• Leverage data tools (Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyse trends, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support daily production line activities, develop long‑term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators in standard work procedures.
• Collaborate with technical experts and cross‑functional teams across manufacturing sites to drive continuous improvement.

• BS/MS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related disciplines).
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or process‑engineering role.
• Willingness to relocate within the Lima Plant (OH) region and travel occasionally as required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated motivation to lead projects and influence production outcomes.

Base salary range: $85,000.00 – $ per year, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Compensation decisions are based on a wide range of nondiscriminatory factors including location, role, credentials, skill set, and experience.
