What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment.
Equipment may include, but is not limited to:- carton erectors
- partition inserters
- product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
- foil dispensers
- top closers
- palletization equipment
- Manual responsibilities include:
- loading, building and making boxes
- hand packaging of bottles
o loading labels
- Maintenance includes:
- perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Material Handling:
- Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials
- Documentation:
- Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks
- Perform changeover’s of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …)
- Applies correct labels
- Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects
- Housekeeping
- Perform Autonomous maintenance

- Labeling Accuracy:
Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation. - Quality Control Compliance:
Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating procedures. - Line clearance accuracy

What Makes You Great
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
- Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
- High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
