Custom Staffing in Lima, OH is hiring energetic, self-motivated individuals for a local plastics facility. You will operate plastic injection/extrusion presses (1–2) and blow molding presses with a spin trimmer on a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, supporting a team focused on quality components.
We offer a stable night schedule (2-2-3) with training provided. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
