Spherion, in partnership with Alpla, is seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join their team in Lima, OH.

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks on the production line, including loading boxes and handling materials. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Shifts:

12-hour shifts, either 6 a.m.

- 6:30 p.m. or 6 p.m.

- 6:30 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule

• Loading, building and make boxes
• Hand packaging of bottles
• Loading labels
• Placing tape protectors on the corners of boxes
• Operate pallet jack and wrapper
• Assisting in various departments as needed.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures.

• Good Attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

No Degree Required

0-1 years

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to consistently lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to push and pull 30 lbs.
• Must have steel-toed shoes and safety gloves.
• Completion of a background screen and drug test is required.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
