Packaging Associate
Now hiring for a Packaging Associate in Lima, OH. Pay rate is $16.00 – 16.50 per hour. Shifts are day or night, rotating 12-hour shifts. This is a stable, long-term opportunity. Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production or packaging training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements:
No previous manufacturing experience required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance is required, including every other weekend.
Job Duties:
Assist with production operations in a manufacturing environment. Lift materials weighing up to 32 lbs throughout the shift. Work safely in a hot environment for the duration of the shift. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Wear required PPE and maintain a clean work area. Support production goals and team objectives.
Physical Capabilities:
Stand for the full 12-hour shift. Frequently bend, move, reach, and lift throughout the day. Work in a hot manufacturing environment. Must wear steel-toed boots or shoes (employee provided).
