Location: Lima, OH (Cenovus Refinery)

Project Duration: Now - approximately end October/ early November

Schedule: Monday-Sunday | 10-hour shifts (13 days on, 1 day off)

We are currently seeking experienced Pipe fitters tosupport an upcoming turnaround project at the Cenovus Refinery in Lima, Ohio. This is a temporary project-based opportunity expected to continue through approximately late October or early November 2026.

We are looking for skilled, dependable individuals with industrial or refinery experience who can work safely and efficiently as part of a turnaround team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, align, and maintain piping systems according to drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
  • Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipe for installation and welding.
  • Install pipe, fittings, valves, supports, and related components.
  • Read and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
  • Verify pipe elevations, dimensions, alignment, and fit-up.
  • Prepare pipe joints and coordinate with welders to ensure proper fit-up before welding.
  • Assist with pressure, leak, and other required testing of piping systems.
  • Inspect piping components and completed work for proper installation and alignment.
  • Follow all refinery, project, and company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the turnaround project.
Qualifications
  • Previous pipe fitting experience in a refinery, petrochemical, industrial construction, or turnaround environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and isometric drawings.
  • Knowledge of pipe, fittings, valves, supports, and proper installation methods.
  • Ability to accurately measure, align, and fit piping components.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to work in an industrial/refinery environment and meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Must be willing to work the schedule required for the turnaround project.
  • Must be able to pass all required site safety training, background requirements, and drug screening
    .

Project duration and work schedule are subject to project requirements and may change based on turnaround needs.
