- Competitive Pay:
Earn between $27.00 and $32.00 per hour depending on experience. - Flexible
Shifts:
Work rotating 2-2-3 shifts (7:00 AM-7:30 PM or 7:00 PM-7:30 AM) with comprehensive day‑shift training provided for the first few months. - Direct Hire Placement:
Enjoy full‑time status from day one with a quick, efficient interview process and fast feedback.
- Maintain & Adjust:
Set up production machinery, execute routine preventive maintenance, and calibrate equipment to meet strict operational standards. - Diagnose & Repair:
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues on blow molding and injection molding equipment to restore operations quickly and minimize downtime. - Monitor & Predict:
Utilize diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance techniques to identify potential failure points before disruptions occur. - Support Facilities:
Perform general facility maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant working environment. - Track & Train:
Log labor hours accurately using plant software and participate in sponsored technical skills training.

Skills and Qualifications Education & Experience- Associate degree in a technical field or prior maintenance experience in plastics manufacturing or a similar high‑volume industrial environment.
- High School
- 1-4 years
- Familiarity with condition monitoring equipment, maintenance management software (such as MP2), and automated packaging systems.
- Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Safety Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of industrial safety protocols and OSHA standards. - Technical Ability:
Basic mechanical repair capabilities along with foundational knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. - Mathematical Aptitude:
Solid command of occupational math for measurements and practical calculations.
