En VML Perú estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Practicante Filmmaker con mirada creativa, interés por el contenido digital y muchas ganas de aprender y crecer en un entorno creativo y colaborativo.

Funciones

* Apoyar en el proceso de ideación, producción y edición de contenido audiovisual (énfasis en Reels, Tik Toks y formatos digitales).

* Colaborar con el equipo creativo en el desarrollo de piezas para campañas y contenidos always on.

* Realizar grabaciones en set y locaciones externas según requerimientos del proyecto.

* Editar y adaptar piezas para distintas plataformas digitales, respetando lineamientos de marca.

* Apoyar en tareas de postproducción: edición, cortes, subtítulos y ajustes básicos de color y sonido.

* Mantener ordenado el material audiovisual (backup y organización de archivos).

Requisitos

* Estudiante de los últimos ciclos o recién egresado/a de Comunicación Audiovisual, Cine, Diseño, Publicidad o carreras afines.

* Conocimientos básicos de Adobe Premiere Pro (deseable After Effects).

* Manejo básico de cámara y equipos de grabación.

* Interés por la creación de contenido digital y tendencias en redes sociales.

* Conocimientos de formatos verticales y optimización de contenido para plataformas digitales.

* Nociones de composición, encuadre y narrativa audiovisual.

* Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.

* Proactividad, actitud de aprendizaje y buena comunicación.

* Portafolio académico o personal (deseable, no excluyente).
