Misión
Responsable de correcta implementación de la categoría en la web de Falabella para cumplimiento de metas de venta, rentabilidad y conversión.
Descripción- Análisis de Venta y Competitividad
- Implementación de estrategia de la categoría en la web
- Coordinación de Precios, Promociones, Surtido, Campañas, etc. con equipos de 1P y 3P (marketplace)
- Velar por la experiencia de navegación del cliente a través de mejoras en Catálogo & Herramientas de Visibilidad
- Search y Upselling/Crosselling
- Manejo de Data de Navegación, Conversión y principales KPIs de e-commerce para identificar oportunidades de mejora
