WOCAP, a local non-profit organization, is seeking qualified candidates for an enthusiastic and community-focused Family and Community Support Coordinator at our Central location. This position is a 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Family Service Workers.
- Coordinate family partnership services and parent engagement activities.
- Develop relationships with community organizations and service providers.
- Monitor attendance, referrals, family goals, and service outcomes.
- Lead parent involvement initiatives and support recruitment and enrollment efforts.
- MUST be able to pass drug screen and background check.
- Bachelor's degree in Family Development, Human Services or related field.
- Minimum two years related experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.
- Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and privately-owned vehicle during working hours required.
- Ability to check electronic mail, enter data into program-specific software for required reports, and Internet skills required.
