Lima Convalescent Home is searching for individuals to join our dynamic nursing department. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to make a difference in the care they provide to our residents in a customer service–focused environment.

• State Tested Nursing Assistant in the State of Ohio
• Maintains and promotes the rights of residents
• Assists residents with activities of daily living
• Proficient in infection control and use of personal protective equipment
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for others
• Documents resident care accurately
• Assists with ensuring nutrition needs are met
• Provides comfort care for residents who are at the end of life
• Lifts up to 50 pounds
• Displays flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team
