• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 6 months of acute care experience.
• BSN completion preferred.

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Tru Staff Program
  - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program:

• Preferred Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Someone with background or knowledge about surgical drains and some experience with how to move these patients post-op. (i.e. Backs, Hips, Knees.).
• Required Credentials:
  Dysrhythmia Exam Required.
• Preferred Credentials:
  Critical Care Course.
• Shift & Scheduling:
  Every other weekend and holiday.
• 7 days maximum time off.
• 2 references required from within the last 2 years.
• Proof of identification required for submission.
