- Experience: At least 1 year in Med Surg or Telemetry
- Pay Rate: $53.60/hour

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in training and supervising LPN/PCT staff and unit secretaries
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Support patient and family education efforts
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shift and manage multiple patient needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
