• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) – active
• American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – active
• American Heart Association PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – active
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – active

• Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN (Registered Nurse) License as shown on Nursys

• Submission of work history
• Current skills checklist (pertinent to the Emergency Room specialty) within 1 year
