Lima Memorial Health System is seeking an LPN to partner with RNs in delivering quality patient care. The LPN will collect data, implement and evaluate nursing care within the health system’s policies and procedures.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and an Ohio LPN license with current BLS. One to three years’ acute care experience is preferred.
