State Tested Nurse Aide; STNA

Care Core at Lima is seeking dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team for full-time and part-time positions. We provide a supportive environment to help you gain experience and grow in your career.

Requirements:

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification

• Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work every-other weekend rotation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for providing exceptional care

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

• Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes

• Support mobility and safe transfers

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations
