Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living Nurse

Location: Lima, OH

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Shift: Evenings

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and their families.

• Valid LPN license in Ohio.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
• CPR certification (preferred).
