Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Lima, Ohio. Start date 08/10/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $1,790–$1,888 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). Working in a hospital setting on a Med Surg Tele unit.

• Provide direct patient care for adults on a Med Surg Tele unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using age‑specific criteria.
• Monitor telemetry, interpret heart rhythms, and intervene promptly for rhythm changes or unstable status.
• Administer prescribed medications, including cardiac agents (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex), and titrate as needed.
• Collaborate with LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries to coordinate care and assist in planning, directing, and teaching non‑RN staff.
• Recognize signs of stroke or clinical deterioration and implement appropriate interventions; communicate changes to the care team.
• Document care accurately in the medical record and adhere to policies and procedures.

• Active Ohio RN license or CompactRN license (Nursys)
• 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Competence in telemetry monitoring and heart rhythm interpretation
• Ability to recognize changes in patient status and intervene with critical thinking
• Ability to work a 12‑hour night shift in a hospital setting
