Perfect attendance incentive, recognition banquet What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, MAC, TIVA, nerve blocks, and pre-op services Independently manage inductions, emergences, and pre-ops with strong supervision and support from anesthesiologists Participate in pain management cases occurring weekly in the OR Maintain patient safety and comfort across diverse adult and pediatric cases Use Spectrum Anesthesia EMR and Meditech for documentation and clinical workflow Support trauma and emergency cases in a Level II Trauma Center with an annual ER volume of 28,000 Contribute to a collaborative anesthesia team in a facility equipped with up-to-date technology and well-organized operations What You Need

Required:

Ohio RN license Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS Board Certified CRNA status Ability to independently perform anesthesia procedures Open to new graduates Preferred:
Experience in a hospital setting with trauma and surgery cases Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a well-established healthcare system offering comprehensive anesthesia services at a busy hospital in Lima, Ohio.
