A well established, long-term care facility in Lima, OH, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in Primary Care.
The individual will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met.
Requirements:- Valid NP license in the state of OH
- Ok with nursing home setting
- Managing all Primary Care related consults
- History and physical exam
- Medication review
- Prescribe medication and drugs
- Check in with patients who haveacute issues and establish a follow-up plan
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history
- Part-time
- Annual salary range: $65,000-$75,000
