We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an opportunity in Lima, Ohio
. The RN will play an important role in supporting employee health, wellness, and injury prevention while providing high-quality nursing care in a workplace setting.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, patient-focused professional who is comfortable working independently, communicating with employees and healthcare providers, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

• Provide professional nursing care and health support to employees.
• Assess and respond to employee health concerns, illnesses, and workplace injuries.
• Perform health assessments, screenings, and nursing evaluations as appropriate.
• Provide first aid and appropriate nursing interventions for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor employees' health status and determine when additional medical evaluation is needed.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation.
• Educate employees on health, wellness, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Support workplace wellness and health-promotion programs.
• Assist with occupational health initiatives and injury-prevention activities.
• Monitor and document workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with management and other healthcare professionals while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Follow applicable nursing standards, workplace policies, and safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency medical situations within the scope of practice.
• Perform other nursing and wellness-related duties as assigned.

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in occupational health, employee health, urgent care, primary care, or wellness is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a workplace environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound clinical judgment.

• Experience with employee wellness programs.
• Familiarity with workplace injury assessment and follow-up.
