Misión
Identificar riesgos, controles y brechas en procesos. Ejecutar revisiones buscando la mejora en controles y mitigar los riegos.
Descripción- Relevar Procesos e identificar riesgos, evaluando el diseño y la eficacia de controles.
- Ejecutar auditorias operativas establecidas en el plan de trabajo con el fin de detectar debilidades en los procesos que representen riesgos e incumplimiento a los procedimientos. Proponer mejoras.
- Realizar revisiones especiales a solicitud de la Gerencia de Control Interno, Gerencias Centrales y Alta Gerencia donde se identifique situaciones de riesgo o de potencial fraude.
- Administrar y mantener actualizadas las matrices de riesgo de la compañía utilizando el software de gestión de riesgos.
- Proponer iniciativas para medir riesgos operacionales, definiendo estrategias que permitan su evaluación, seguimiento y mitigar de manera oportuna.
- Coordinar revisiones con el área corporativa de Control Interno-Riesgos así como el reporte periódico de avances.
