Sarinas Consulting is recruiting for a full-time Quality / Food Safety Technician opportunity with an established food manufacturing operation in Northwest Ohio.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality assurance, quality control, food safety, production quality, laboratory testing, or food manufacturing who wants to grow within a quality-focused environment.
You do not need to have held the exact title of FSQA Technician. We are open to candidates with experience as a Quality Technician, QA Technician, QC Technician, Food Safety Technician, Quality Inspector, Lab Technician, Production Quality Associate, or similar.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform product quality checks and food safety inspections
- Support GMP, HACCP, HARPC, and FDA compliance
- Conduct pre-operational inspections
- Collect and review product samples
- Document quality and analytical results
- Assist with corrective actions and non-conformance investigations
- Support internal audits and food safety documentation
- Partner with production teams to maintain quality and food safety standards
- Help identify trends, quality issues, and opportunities for improvement

Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with related quality, production, or laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Compressed weekend overnight schedule - three 12-hour shifts, Friday through Sunday evenings.
Compensation:
Low-to-mid $20s per hour, depending on experience.
The position works within a refrigerated food production environment, so candidates should be comfortable working in colder temperatures and being on their feet for extended periods.
If you have experience in food manufacturing, QA, QC, food safety, laboratory testing, or production quality and are open to a weekend overnight schedule.
