Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.;
Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and encourage productivity to maintain high retention.;
Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.;
Handle cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty program.;
Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring products are in-stock.
