Spartan Nash - 120 West Northern Avenue - Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned retail stores to meet and deliver established sales and profitability through merchandising plans and processes.;
Ensure the successful and consistent implementation of category business plans and merchandising plans in collaboration with department management; plans include the areas of assortment, pricing, promotion and shelf placement.;
Participate in the operational execution of retail policies, plans and programs in areas of inventory and asset management, merchandising, facilities maintenance, safety and security.;
Monitor and access assigned retail stores performance vs. budgeted goals and objective; analyze and identify opportunities for improvements and assist to develop strategies that position stores to perform at or above budget levels.;
Provide coaching, training, direction and support to retail department associates; instruct and align associates' functions and duties to meet the productivity standards.
