Customer Service Associate II

Customer Service Associate II at Dollar Tree is a role for positive, friendly individuals eager to help customers and support daily store operations.

• Assist with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely according to productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock products as needed.
• Support the cash register and perform front‑end duties as required.
• Manage sales transactions and maintain security of cash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from the floor to above shoulder height and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity and proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
