Compensation

Hourly rate: $14–$27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. Associates ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
