Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly wage is $14 - $27 per hour. Additionally, you will have opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work).

Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
