Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a specific zone of the sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs are met;
Ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and the sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise to the floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up
