• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage sales activities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and territory managers
• Respond to customer concerns, directing them to the appropriate resources for resolution
• Utilize  to maintain accurate records of all call activities

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales and revenue quotas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• Experience in account management and client-focused solution delivery
• Demonstrated success in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation and listening skills
