As a BI Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis of information focused on business to have continuous improvement thanks to the timely information generated by the knowledge that enriches decision-making. You will support the country monthly sales operating rhythm process, tools, oversee the sales information dashboard and sales efficiency through sales routes efficiency and routines, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales Internal operations and processes, helping to maximize revenue and profitability.

Specific

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Understand and maximize the value of data and how it fits into the overall strategy of the organization.
  • Generate reports & dashboards that’s provide a clear view of the organization for decision making.
  • Drive Continuous Sales Process Improvements and best practices. This includes identifying sales trends, forecasting sales numbers, and ensuring sales data accuracy. Measures sales team efficiency in terms of their sales routes, lines productivity, and cost to serve.
  • Coordinates the development and maintenance of centralized selling resources, contract process management, any/all sales/customer distribution list and collateral (i.e., customer contact list, customer calendar, pricing files, sales policies).
  • Enforce sales policies and procedures, including new customer setup and customer-specific SKUs.
  • Take ownership of various operational tasks, including sales support activities.
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Development of Databricks / Azure applications with Phyton language, and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Utilize Power BI to design and develop dashboards, scorecards and interactive reports.
  • Analyzing statistical information that allows you to have a strategic vision, reduce risk.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools, including CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Experience with sales automatization to drive cost to serve.
  • 2+ years of experience with languages Python, BI Tools (Power BI), DAX language building complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with Power Automate.
  • Advanced Excel is a must (VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query).
Ideal Qualifications
  • Experience translating business requirements to BI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with dimensional data models and building ETL (Extract – Transform – Load) process.
  • Data Analytics, Cognitive, New technologies, as well as a thorough understanding of databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player.
  • Experience with Sell In and Sell Out Data.
  • Experience with SAP.
