Sales Consultant – Reineke Ford Lincoln of Lima Accelerate Your Career with Reineke Family Dealerships!

We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process, products & services. The training period is based on previous experience, (30 - 90 days). After training, higher compensation levels are available, assuming you can perform in our industry.

Compensation is salary during training period then transitioning into team commission. We get paid as a team, so no fighting over leads. You will be paid on every unit sold and benefit from our existing experienced team and upward growth pattern. Our team system makes for a much better consumer experience and promotes teamwork.

What You’ll DoAs a Sales Consultant, you’ll create exceptional customer experience while helping drive the success of the dealership and building strong community connections.

Responsibilities include:

Provide a high quality, effective and professional sales experience to all customers while following the Dealership’s sales process.

Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Keep up to date with new products and changes in sales promotions.

Work with our internet program, e-Leads to generate new sales and contact current and prospective customers, greeting customers as soon as they enter the dealership to create lasting relationships.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates should have:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

The ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset

Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
