Summary

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, is seeking a full‑time Inside Sales Representative with mechanical and industrial piping experience to prepare quotations and handle inside and counter sales responsibilities at our Lima, Ohio location.

Inside Sales / Counter Sales

• Answering phones
• Taking orders from customers over the phone
• Providing status updates on previous orders
• Preparing quotations and bids
• Computer entry of sales data
• Purchasing non‑stock items and managing backorders
• Coordinating sales orders
• Delivering professional customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to two years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination)
• Trade experience and knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Motivated team player who takes initiative

Lima, Ohio

Monday - Friday, day shift
