Marketing and Sales Representative

Job Description

The Marketing and Sales Representative will be primarily focused on the execution of events and generating revenue for our clients. The role includes building lasting customer relationships, delivering consultative sales in retail environments, driving results in store operations both in office and in the field, meeting key performance indicators, and utilizing marketing and sales techniques to create a unique shopping experience.

• Utilize marketing and sales techniques, such as active listening and asking open‑ended questions to create a unique shopping experience that educates the customer and provides the right information
• Work in various retail locations, marketing/promotion, and selling new products and services to customers
• Be efficient and proactive, learning all products and services offered by client base in home entertainment and related fields (technology, electronics, telecommunications, home security, etc.)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Currently enrolled college student or graduate with a degree in related fields
• Experience in marketing, sales, retail, customer service, advertising, business management, or other related fields is an asset
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sports‑minded; winning mentality and competitive spirit
• Responsible for individual actions and participates in team‑related activities
• Maintains high level of professionalism and integrity
• Comfortable managing different product lines within home entertainment field; flexible and adaptable
• Proactive; displays a willingness to learn and is self‑developing
