As an Oral Care Consultant Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the Oral Care Consultants team in a defined territory through effective coaching and follow up. Also, you will manage and implement the professional oral care marketing & professional engagement plan aiming to achieve dental recommendation and sales for Colgate Oral Care Products. You will ensure coverage and frequency KPIs are met in conjunction with achieving sales targets for the team in charge.
Responsibilities- Coach and empower a team of Oral Care Consultants to exceed sales targets and territory coverage KPIs
Build strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dental schools, hospitals, and key accounts
Drive business results by designing and executing impactful promotional and marketing plans tailored to dental professionals
Analyze market data & CRM insights to optimize your dentist panel and convert accounts to our cutting‑edge technologies
Generate synergies with pharmacy commercial teams to maximize product distribution and sell‑out
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of total sales experience, including at least 2 years leading sales/marketing teams in healthcare, pharma, or consumer goods
- Own vehicle for work use as a job tool and driver's license
- Intermediate/Advanced English level (verbal and written)
- Google Suite and/or Excel proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry
