Business Development Associate

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, target, and qualify potential clients via cold outreach, strategic networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM, tracking all interactions from initial contact through to closing.
• Discovery & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, deliver tailored sales presentations, and demonstrate product/service value.
• Proposal & Closing: Draft custom proposals, negotiate terms, address objections, and finalize commercial agreements.
• Sales Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal leadership to refine outreach messaging, optimize conversion rates, and map industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong self-management, persistence, and focus on quota attainment.
