C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor.;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and company policy.;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to Asset Protection and/or store leadership; document all stages of investigations.;
Travel to stores as necessary and assist with incident investigations and asset protection audits.;
Support safety initiatives by coaching associates, identifying hazards, and responding to emergencies or critical incidents.
