Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wednesday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thursday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sunday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, remaining aware of changing conditions common to a manufacturing environment.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Support order at the location by communicating professionally with staff and visitors, following post orders, and assisting with security-related incidents, policy questions, and/or requests for assistance.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
