We are actively seeking a skilled Food Service Repair Technician/HVACR Technician to join our growing service team. This position involves working on food service equipment and HVACR units in restaurant environments. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and working independently on the field.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain ice makers, fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC units and walk‑in freezers.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control‑related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards.

• 3–5+ years of experience in food service and/or HVACR.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Service area typically within approximately a 60‑mile radius of Lima, OH.
• Primarily local work – minimal overnight travel.
• Restaurant and convenience store environments.

• $65,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience).
