Service Technician

Location: Lima, 750 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH 45801, USA

• Safe operation of a Company vehicle in accordance with state and federal DOT laws.
• Adherence to established safety procedures.
• Completion of daily service orders promptly.
• Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.
• Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, effectively communicating equipment status and providing problem‑solving solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in past‑due receivables collection.

• Based at our Lima, OH office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as required.
• Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm
• Minimum of 1 year or more plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• DOT physical (at hiring and every two years thereafter), a drug screen, and a background check in line with state and Federal laws.

• Ability to lift over 100 pounds with assistance of dolly or lift
• Ability to drive for extended periods (2‑3 hours)
• Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods.
