Spherion Forklift Operator – Lima, Ohio

Spherion is hiring Forklift Operators in Lima, Ohio. Pay range is $19.25 - $22.00 per hour.

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders using first in, first out (FIFO) methods
• Follow all security and GMP policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties
• Lift and move products up to 50 pounds
• Stand for the entire shift as required

• Minimum 2 years recent forklift experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem‑solving ability
• No degree required
• Experience 1–4 years in a warehouse or logistics setting
