Job Overview
As our Maintenance Technician, you will provide high‑quality service to our residents, maintaining the physical integrity of the community and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be the go‑to person for emergencies and must be available on call.

We embrace technology: HVAC technicians receive work orders via our Maintenance Mobile app. You will receive a stipend for using your personal smartphone to stay connected and process work orders.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
- Complete resident work orders in a timely manner (24‑48 hour expectation).
- Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
- Perform unit turnover between residents according to company standards (3‑5 days).
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Respond to on‑call emergencies.
- Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases (January and July).
- Paid every Friday.
- Quarterly bonus opportunities when key KPIs and property metrics are achieved.

Requirements- 1+ years of related experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- HVAC training and certification preferred.
- Commitment to regular attendance, including weekend and overtime hours if required.
- Ability to be on‑call for emergencies.
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.
